What is OSIRIS?
(OffShore Internal Robotic Inspection System)
We're thrilled to unveil the launch of our caisson inspection solutions bringing a fresh supplier option to the market.
Suitable for pipe diameters from 6” to 54”, with preset diameters for smaller sizes, the tool can be remotely adjusted to navigate the most complex of caisson geometries. Capable of overcoming access restrictions and ID reductions (e.g. swaged repairs), it operates in immersion mode subsea or by projecting a water column on the surface above water and through the splash zone for ultrasonic measurement.
The adjustable probe arm retracts for deployment below diameter changes and enables optimal probe positioning for data capture. Corrosion map measurement density is adaptable up to 2x2mm, and bi-directional scanning function and multiprobe
capacity ensure swift data collection.
OSIRIS Features
Suitable for pipe diameters from 6” to 54”, with pre-set diameters for smaller sizes.
Bi-directional scanning function and multiprobe capacity ensure swift data collection.
Corrosion map measurement density is adaptable up to 2x2mm & adjustable probe arm for optimal data collection.
Can be remotely adjusted to
navigate the most complex of caisson geometries such as Swaged Repairs.
Thorough inspection and cleaning can be completed through all zones (above water, subsea & splash-zone).
Integration of Advanced NDT techniques for weld inspection coming soon.

CAISSON
INSPECTION SOLUTIONS
Our team has unparalleled experience in delivering safe & cost-effective caisson inspections and have designed our systems to be robust and easy to operate across a range of caisson types.
Our Caisson inspection service includes:
Remote Visual Inspection (RVI)
High-resolution 360° pan/tilt cameras are used to complete GVI and CVI. Still images, video, weld panoramas and 3D photogrammetry data can be captured.
Surface Preparation / Cleaning
High or Ultra High Pressure (HP/UHP) water jetting is used to clean caissons and prepare surfaces for inspection. A range of options are available to remove corrosion product, scale, marine growth etc.
Ultrasonic Corrosion Mapping
0° UT corrosion mapping can be completed over the entire internal surface or at targeted locations above water, through the splash-zone and subsea, providing quantitative wall thickness data.
Laser Scanning
Laser scanning can be used to determine the surface
profile of a caisson. Data is valuable for quantifying weld
damage, or to present a 3D visualisation of a damaged
area of caisson.
As a business we are committed to providing you with data you can trust and, crucially, making the understanding and use of the data provided as easy and valuable to its users as possible. Led by our management team who collectively bring over 50 years of expertise in caisson inspection, we're poised to offer a fresh perspective and unparalleled service to the market.
